The food was really amazing. Something else. Just great. Beach was beautiful. Pools were great. We had a blast. Highly recommend

all-inclusive means all-inclusive!
by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.
really not much to put here... a small thing would be there wasnt much information about the local transport made aware - so after we paid for taxis to and from town, we released there are the 'R1' and R2' buses that go through the hotel zone and to town and are only a couple of dollars, as opposed to expensive taxis. When you ask reception about transport, they only inform you that they can order a taxi to come up the drive for you - not the buses. Also, it was way cheaper to get your laundry done only a few hundred metres from the hotel, as opposed to their laundry service - but i cant compare as i didnt do their laundry service (i'm sure it was to a higher standard, just very expensive).

Fantastic stay, great resort, but watch out for the "sales pitch for time sharing"
Overall, we had a great stay! The hotel is huge, the facilities are good. We also stayed in another hotel, so we could make a solid comparison" - A trip to island is included in the room price which we did not know. It was a nice surprise. - The quality of the food is (very) good and there were plenty of options. There is also a solid amount of vegetarian options. - Staff was very friendly and did everything to make your stay comfortable - Rooms are spacious and clean. A/C was indeed a bit old, but it did not bother us. - Very nice gym facilities
- Reservations were sometimes "hard" to make. Even in the "less busy" period after January 1. Also, it needs to be done personally at a desk which is not very efficient. If you were in the restaurants, typically at least 30% was empty (so hard to understand why there were so little time slots available. We knew this from other reviews, so make immediately reservations for the entire stay (and cancel if you do not need them). - We were very fine with the pools, but if you come for the beach, we can imagine that it is a little bit "crowded" - Watch out: the hotel is trying to sell you "time sharing" as a member of the vacation club. Listening to the sales pitch would not harm (we got a free massage, so win-win), but they are not telling the full truth during the sales pitch (e.g. they lied about the number of points of a stay during the pitch but once we asked for a demo, they showed a demo in the system it was far more expensive than pitched by the sales person). You will not receive any brochure and they try to let you decide on the spot with the riddle that "they are allowed to talk to you once". Do not believe the talk and do not decide there on the spot. It is hard to believe that the hotel works with these sales pitches. Note that in Europe this would probably not allowed.
